The Bourbon Barrel Reserve is aged for 14 years in ex-bourbon American Oak casks and then finished in charred new American Oak barrels supplied by The Kelvin Cooperage in Louisville, Kentucky. Best enjoyed neat, on the rocks, with a splash of water, or with club soda to expand the flavor.

We could sit and just sniff this dram all day with its notes of warm butter, English toffee, crisp biscuits, and dash of baking spices over a floating hint of marmalade.

Flavour

The palate opens with a delicate and creamy mouth-feel with more of that English toffee flavor taking center stage with apples, pear, lemon zest, and spicy cinnamon doing lovely things as well.

Finish

The finish is very warm and very smooth.
