Islay Barley 2007 Edition: 100% Islay Barley, unpeated and grown on Rockside Farm on the coast of Islay, celebrating the uber provenance nuances of marine terroir with notes of citrus and sea salt.

Port Charlotte Scottish Barley Edition: 100% Scottish Barley; heavily peated to 40ppm to demonstrate the finesse and elegance of Bruichladdich's sweet smoke. Matured in the Loch Indaal village of Port Charlotte before being bottled at the Bruichladdich distillery using Islay spring water.
